CLASSIC INVEST: STAKING WITHOUT GIVING UP YOUR COINS
Classic Invest >> is a non-custodial staking service for SWAMP. You earn rewards on the coins you already hold. Your coins never leave your own address, and you never deposit them anywhere or hand over your private keys.
HOW IT WORKS IN SHORT
1. Register your address. Enter the SWAMP address you want to stake with.
2. Prove it’s yours. Send one tiny verification payment from that address to the service’s technical address. The payment is returned to you automatically. You never share a private key, because the transaction itself is the proof.
3. Keep your coins where they are. From now on, the service watches your balance on the blockchain.
4. Get paid weekly. Rewards are paid out once a week, directly to your address.
HOW REWARDS ARE CALCULATED
– Daily calculation, weekly payout. Every day the service calculates what you have earned. Nothing is sent daily. The amount adds up, and you can watch it grow on your address page. At the end of each weekly period, the total is paid in a single transaction.
– Based on your lowest balance of the day. The reward for a day is calculated from the lowest balance your address had that day. Moving coins out and back in during the day does not boost your reward, and it keeps things fair for everyone.
– Bigger balance, better rate. The annual rate grows with the size of your balance, up to a maximum. Above that point the rate stays flat, but the reward is still calculated on your whole balance. Splitting coins across many addresses brings no advantage, so keeping everything on one address is simplest.
– Same weekly period for everyone. Periods run from Sunday 00:00 to the next Sunday 00:00 (server time). If you join mid-week, your days count from the moment your address is confirmed. Your first payout comes at the end of the next full period, and it covers all the days you participated.
– No compounding surprises. Each period is calculated from your actual balance, so there is no hidden “interest on interest” effect.
YOUR COINS STAY YOURS
There is no lock-up, no deposit and no “unstake” button. Your balance is the only thing that matters. If you move your coins away, your rewards simply shrink or stop for those days, and nothing more is required from you. Any new address must be registered and verified separately.
WHERE REWARDS COME FROM
Rewards are paid from a dedicated payout vault. It is a multi-signature address that needs two independent approvals to spend, so no single key can move the funds on its own. If the vault ever lacks the funds to cover all payouts for a period, the service pays nobody that week, so no user is favored over another. The shortfall is recorded as a debt, and everyone is paid in full automatically once the vault is replenished. The service page shows a notice while this is happening.
RULES AND CONDITIONS
– A minimum balance is required to register an address. The current value is shown on the service page.
– Some addresses cannot participate, such as masternode collateral and addresses on the service’s blocklist, for example exchange addresses.
– The rate range, minimum balance and current figures may change over time. Changes apply from the next period, never retroactively.
– The service page shows the current rates, your accrued rewards, payout dates and vault status.
SAFETY BY DESIGN
– Non-custodial: the service never holds your coins or your private keys.
– Verification by transaction only: nobody asks you to sign messages or reveal secrets.
– Two-key payout vault: the two keys are kept in separate, isolated processes, and any spend from the vault that doesn’t match a planned payout triggers an immediate alert to the team.
– Transparent monitoring: the service reads balances straight from the blockchain, which keeps its full history. Any gap in monitoring is recalculated from real blockchain data, never estimated.
